Email hello@mernik.app about anything: a question, something that looks wrong, an idea. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within two working days. If something looks wrong, a screenshot helps.

Your plan on another device
Mernik works without signing in: your plan is kept on your iPhone. To keep it safe and use it on another device, save it with Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings, then sign in with the same account on the other device.
If you remove Mernik before saving your plan, we can't find it for you: an unsaved plan has no name or email attached. It's deleted from our server 30 days after it last synced.
Mernik Pro
- Subscribe or change your plan: Settings → Mernik Pro.
- Restore a subscription on a new iPhone, or after reinstalling: Settings → Mernik Pro → Restore purchases.
- Cancel: in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mernik, at least a day before it renews. Deleting Mernik or your account doesn't cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Everything here is in the app, in Settings → Your data.
- Download your data: download everything Mernik keeps about you, as JSON and CSV files.
- Delete account: removes your plan, logs, coach conversations and account from our server at once and completely, and removes your plan and account from this device. It can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy. It doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Stop syncing and the coach: Mernik stops sending your data and the coach stops, we delete your data from our server, and your plan stays on your iPhone.
- Apple Health and your calendar: switch them off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
If you can't open the app, write to hello@mernik.app from the email address of your Apple or Google account and we'll export or delete your data for you within one month. If you used Hide My Email with Apple, write from the address it forwards to and tell us so; we'll confirm it's you before we act.

Your health
Mernik gives general guidance for healthy people, not medical advice. If you feel pain, chest pain, dizziness or anything unusual, stop and see a doctor. In an emergency, call 112 (or your local emergency number).
