Today, decided.
Open the app and today is at the top: the session, how long, how hard and the numbers that matter. The rest of the week sits below it.
AI coach for iPhone and the web
Mernik is an AI coach that fits your training into your week, and re-plans it when life gets in the way.
The beta starts in December. Mernik comes to the App Store in late January.
Open the app and today is at the top: the session, how long, how hard and the numbers that matter. The rest of the week sits below it.
Drag a session to another day, mark a day busy or shorten a session to 30 min. Mernik re-plans the rest of the week and shows you what moved and why. Or tell Mernik "I'm away Thursday to Saturday."
Your sessions are planned together, so a heavy leg day doesn't land before a key ride.
A short check-in on Sunday: what you did, how hard it was, how life was. Then Mernik shows you next week and what changed.
Your plan comes from coaching rules: mostly easy endurance, never two hard days in a row, a recovery week at least every fourth week. Mernik explains the plan and never makes one up.
Starting out, you see minutes and effort. If you train with zones, kilograms and watts, you see those.
Your first week is free. Then Mernik Pro is $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and you can cancel at any time. Outside the euro area and the US, the App Store shows the price in your currency.
iPhone, and the web on a computer. Not Android, for now.
Mernik reads your workouts, weight, heart rate and sleep from Apple Health, so Apple Watch works, and so does any device whose app writes workouts to Apple Health.
Running, road cycling, the gym, bodyweight at home and walking.
Either.
No. It's general guidance for healthy people. If something hurts, Mernik tells you to rest and to see a doctor.
